  • An uninterrupted power supply is required. PartyOne is not responsible for delays caused by power issues.
  • Customers must provide a stool or ladder, if required, for timely completion.
  • Venue cleaning is not included after decoration setup.
  • Customers are responsible for the safe return of all returnable items. Missing or damaged items will be charged at actuals.
  • The balance payment must be completed immediately after decoration. The team will not wait until the party starts or ends.
  • On the event day, only instant payment modes (Cash, UPI, IMPS, etc.) are accepted. NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and PDC are not allowed.
  • Customers must arrange venue permissions in advance. Any venue or royalty charges must be borne by the customer.
  • Decorations are delivered with 80%–90% accuracy as shown on the website. Variations may occur due to practical factors.
  • Any additional items or services beyond inclusions will be charged extra.
  • Transportation charges apply based on location and setup.
  • PartyOne is not liable for delays due to weather or natural events, though best efforts will be made.
  • For custom reference images (Google/Pinterest), execution accuracy will be 70%–80%.
  • Any issues must be reported immediately during the service slot for prompt resolution.
