The prices of the artist services vary based on the skill and experience of the artist. In certain activities like Balloon decoration, the scope of the work and material used may also be different.
The price listed is for the standard package. Based on the customer needs, the effort may vary in terms of duration and scope of work. Accordingly, the artist will quote the price which may be different from the standard price listed.
9 out of 10 times, the artist is available. Once the artist calls & discusses the event with you, (s)he will give confirmation of the availability.
For this we have a very simple 3 step process.

Once you have submitted the form, our PartyOne.com Representative will schedule a call between you and an available vendor.Only after you are convinced, you can book the service by paying 15% of booking amount to PartyOne.com.
A PartyOne.com certified Artist is the one who have consistently provided on-time and quality service. This Artist can be booked online, but confirmation for the same will depend on their availability.

Most importantly, the customer rating of an artist can be of great help. Every single rating displayed on the site is genuine and given by the customer who hired the artist through us. All this information will help you make the decision on hiring the right artist.
Well, we try really hard so that such things don't happen, but yes on those unfortunate days we do refund double the booking amount if an online payment is done through PartyOne.com.
We understand plans may change. Refunds are processed based on the timelines below and calculated on the overall booking amount.
Up to 48+ hours before the party: 75% refund
48-24 hours before the party: 50% refund
24-12 hours before the party: 25% refund
Less than 12 hours: No refund
We are open to any kind of feedback. Please feel free to post your review at the review section of each Artist or directly call us
Please register your details through our Partner Registration Portal. Create your profile using your phone number as the username, then upload your business information and photos. Once you have completed the registration, give us a call. We shall review your profile and publish it on our website after approval.
