- We regret to inform you that NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and PDC (Post dated Cheques) cannot be accepted as payment on the day of the event. Only immediate payment modes such as Cash, IMPS, UPI, and others are accepted for same-day transactions.
- Customers must ensure all necessary permissions from the venue management in advance, PartyOne team is not responsible for any royalty fee/venue fee from the venue, and it has to be paid by the customer.
- Apart from mentioned inclusions, if customer wants anything extra it will be additional charges

- PartyOne team will collect all the rental items within 48 hrs after completion of the event based on the team availability.
- If customers select any customized decoration from Google, Pinterest or any other sources we will fulfill with an accuracy of 70%-80% based on the material availability.
- If any issues occur during the service slot, customers are encouraged to report them immediately within the same time slot. This enables us to promptly track and resolve the issue.
